Comienza el I concurso Nacional sobre la Constitución para colegios
Agustín de la Mora. 01/12/2015El gobierno ha publicado una nota de prensa acerca de la puesta en marcha del proyecto Concurso Nacional «Una Constitución para todos´´ llevado a cabo por el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte donde podrán participar todos los colegios de España.
Los Directores de los colegios deberán inscribir los mejores trabajos en cada una de las 3 categorías
Ya sea por la amenaza política que asola España en relación al debate independentista, por lo mucho que se está hablando de una reforma urgente de la constitución o por las elecciones políticas inminentes, el gobierno central ha convocado a todos los centros españoles que impartan enseñanza no universitaria del sistema educativo a desarrollar un trabajo sobre la Constitución Española, con el fin de promover en los alumnos la reflexión acerca de la importancia de nuestra constitución.
El concurso estará dividido en 3 categorias, en función de la edad de los alumnos:
Colegios Categoria A: Para participantes desde 1º Primaria hasta 3º Primaria
Colegios Categoria B: Para participantes desde 4º Primaria hasta 6º Primaria
Colegios Categoria C: Para participantes de E.S.O.
Elementos imprescindibles a la hora de desarrollar buenos trabajos
- Precisión sintáctica y ortográfica
- Capacidad para ordenar y razonar los elementos expuestos en la redacción.
- Inspiración en los valores base de nuestra Constitución.
- Originalidad y creatividad en la poesía o el relato
La Constitución Española en la LOMCE, a través de la Ley Orgánica 8/2013 reconoce valores como la responsabilidad, la libertad personal, la tolerancia, solidaridad, igualdad, respeto o la ciudadanía democrática y la mitigación de cualquier tipo de discriminación.
El reconocimiento del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 18 Diciembre de 2006 considera primordial la adquisición de competencias sociales, cívicas y la preparación para la ciudadanía activa.
Requisitos de participación para colegios
- Los trabajos deben estar escritos en Lengua castellana obligatoriamente
- Como ya se ha expuesto anteriormente, el tema del concurso debe ser «La Constitución Española, una Constitución para todos´´.
- Los trabajos se deben realizar de forma individual
- La extensión máxima de cada trabajo no debe superar las 100 líneas.
- Cada centro educativo deberá seleccionar el mejor trabajo de cada categoría, ya que sólo podrá presentarse un trabajo por categoría y centro
La solicitud de inscripción de los alumnos deberá ser presentada por los Directores de los colegios, por vía telemática a través de la sede electrónica del Ministerio de educación: https://sede.educacion.gob.es, sección «Trámites y servicios´´.
Se otorgarán 2 premios por categoría, los cuáles consistirán en diplomas acreditativos del significado y conocimiento de la Constitución, que los alumnos podrán recoger en el Congreso de los Diputados de la mano del Presidente del Congreso, Jesús Posada. Se trata pues del I Concurso «Una Constitución para todos´´ que podrá dar a los centros ganadores un importante prestigio y consolidación como referente en el sector.
El jurado estará formado por un Presidente, un Secretario y 5 vocales designado por el titular de la Dirección General de Evaluación y Cooperación Territorial y números expertos.
